James Tew

James Tew founded Astewt Consultancy to work alongside investment businesses and help them improve their performance, whether governance, process, or leadership. He spent 12 years in the Royal Navy and over 25 years in the financial services industry. He has managed teams, motivated people and run a business. Additionally he has an in depth understanding of asset management, mutual funds and risk. He brings a welcome dose of common sense to issues and opportunties.

Additionally practical support can be provided to internal audit functions, non-executive directors, Family Offices and Financial Advisers.
